There are Four Wounds that lie below every challenge you’ve ever faced. These wounds are so deep, and so primal, that few dare to venture there because, well, let’s face it, it’s just too damn painful.
This pain lies in the unconscious mind, guiding us in uncountable numbers of healing journeys and modalities that barely scratch the surface of true healing. That pain also leads us to the ever-present, never-ending game of chasing what we want out of life with zero to little long-term success.
What would happen if we brought these wounds to conscious awareness?

Healing the OW explores and dismantles a series of Four Abandonments that pervade every thought we’ve ever had, and every action we’ve ever done. They are the most formative wounds that when left unaddressed, manifest in spiritual, physical, emotional, and personal longing, illness and pain.
These wounds are:
- the perceived spiritual disconnection from Source;
- the physical separation from your mother;
- the emotional withdrawal by your family of origin; and
- your eventual abandonment of yourself…
And they can manifest in frustration, pain, and illness—decades after those separations occurred!
This course posits:
What if these wounds aren’t something to fight; rather, they are necessary for our development and growth? What if, in a world where we learn through duality and contrast, the wounds are part of the plan? What if, our only human mission—no matter how it looks on the outside—is to journey from the oneness that we were, to the individuated state…

- Will these be recorded? Yes! You’ll be sent a link to an on-line virtual storage space so you don’t even have to download them onto your computer—unless you want to of course! That virtual space will always be available to attendees of this Healing the OW.
- What if I need to miss a session, or several? That is okay. It is understandable that some will not be able to attend all sessions.
- Refunds? You can exit at any time. If you leave 3 or more days before the start of the second class (enough time for those on the wait list to join), you will be refunded in full. After that, no refunds will be given.
Prerequisites:
To best protect yourself from others’ energy, it is highly recommended (though not necessary) to apply the tools in the first two chapters of Empathipedia: Healing for Empaths & Highly Sensitive Persons prior to each session.
