Reconnecting to Source:
A Guided Journey Beyond Separation
In the Beginning. . .
No, not that beginning; a different one—the one I had while under hypnosis.
I saw/sensed/felt that you and I and everyone else were once part of a unified, nonphysical collective. To the amusement of my hypnotherapist, I called this realm “energetic soup,” because even though there were many parts of the realm, each was interconnected with every other part. Just like the
vegetables, noodles, and broth in a delicious bowl of hot soup.
All that existed in this vibrant broth was “being.” All we knew was calm, intimacy, and contentment. We could easily and deeply sense the Source of all things and its ever-present unconditional love for us, even in the absence of physical bodies and their five physical senses.
Think of this peaceful spiritual realm where everything is connected.
Sounds more appealing than our chaotic world, doesn’t it?
Yet I have learned that we actually chose to leave that peace to experience physical life on Earth, even while knowing about all its challenges.
The journey from energetic soup to conception marks our first profound loss—and our first spiritual wound. The loss and pain come from leaving the freedom and timelessness of the energetic soup to now experiencing a limited physical existence.
In utero, we hear voices, music, and various sounds that don’t exist in the energetic realm. We sense vibrations, temperature, and moods—everything. Eventually, we exit the womb as beings of unconditional love, ready to share our loving essence with all who come our way. (Why else do you think everyone loves to be around babies? They’re the purest form of love in physical form.)
We are born perfect and whole, a physical embodiment of love. An infant is still energetically connected to Source and therefore wants to love. Infancy and childhood, however, add another aspect: the desire to be loved in return.
Due to their own wounding, even the best of parents and caregivers can’t mirror an infant’s divine essence, certainly not consistently, so babies have to protect themselves against anything that is unlike perfect love. To protect their tender hearts, they form what can be considered an energetic suit of armor: the ego.
Over time, this armor goes beyond just protecting us—it shapes how we experience life. The same disconnection from Source that once helped us cope can show up as anxiousness, loneliness, a sense of feeling depressed or blocked, and a quiet sense that something is missing. It can influence how we relate to others—and how we are perceived—creating patterns of misunderstanding, conflict, or emotional distance. It can even affect our sense of worthiness, impacting our ability to receive abundance, love, and genuine human connection.
What becomes possible when this begins to soften:
- Reconnect with a deep, felt sense of inner peace and belonging
- Gently release emotional armor that contributes to anxiety, disconnection, or feeling stuck
- Experience greater openness to love, connection, and support in your daily life
This feeling of being cut off from Source shouldn’t be chalked up to some airy-fairy spiritual concept; it’s the invisible wound bleeding beneath every headline that makes you want to throw your phone across the room. When we feel spiritually orphaned, is it any wonder that we build societies reflecting that emptiness?
We’re collectively acting out our abandonment issues on a planetary scale. You might think that corporate greed, environmental destruction, and political tribalism are inherently evil forces. They’re predictable expressions of humans operating from separation consciousness and playing out exactly the contrast we need to evolve.
What would it feel like to soften the armor, to gently release the layers of protection, and to reconnect with the unconditional love that has always been within you? What becomes possible when you shift from separation back into oneness?
What you’ll experience in this workshop:
Reconnect with a felt sense of inner peace and wholeness, rather than just thinking about it intellectually
- Experience guided practices that help regulate your nervous system and create a deeper sense of safety in your body
- Strengthen your ability to give and receive love without the same fear, guarding, or emotional distance
- Gain practical tools (meditation, energy awareness, reflection) you can return to long after the workshop ends
- Understand the root of feelings like loneliness or “something missing” from a compassionate, empowering perspective
- Feel more connected—to yourself, others, and a larger sense of Source or meaning
- Cultivate greater self-worth, openness, and capacity to receive abundance and support
In this transformative course, you will be guided through a safe, grounded process of returning to your natural state of connection. Through meditation, experiential exercises, group discussion, energy healing, and live Q&A, we will begin to dissolve the energetic patterns that keep you feeling separate, guarded, or disconnected.
This is much more than forcing change or bypassing your experience. It is about honoring your body, mind, and spirit—moving at a pace that feels safe and aligned for your system.
As the layers soften, your nervous system can settle. Your heart can open. And you can begin to experience a deeper sense of peace, connection, and compassion—for yourself and for the world around you.
This is your invitation to return to the love you have always been.
