Our shadow self is often ignored, even though it is a vital part of all of us! Unfortunately, even when acknowledged it is highly misunderstood and therefore feared. If you’re ready for a more in-depth understanding about the parts of us we were taught were bad, such as our anger, fear, and grief, we’ll be taking gentle and effective steps for witnessing and integrating our shadow for deeper inner peace and contentment—no matter what is happening both within and external to the self. What we own, can’t own us, and in the safety of a group container we’ll be better equipped to work with the parts of us that most don’t want to recognize, much less integrate. Anyone capable of observing our current condition can clearly see that it’s not “all just love and light” as we’ve been taught, or even hoped to be true. We’ll work with the shadow in alignment with the empath's gifts—more heart-centered than from a place of more anger and fear. Discussion is followed by silent meditation / energy healing for the deepest possible integration of the information and healing work.
